At International level:

1. The Board of the OMG Foundation is responsible for monitoring and orientating the Open Minds Initiative. It comprises representatives from the founder organizations: Carpe Vitam, WAGGGS and WOSM, assisted by experts.
   
   
2. An International Management Team ensure the cooperation and communication between the various geographical areas. It comprises the International Executive Team (Executive Director, Programme Director, Advocacy and Fundraising, etc.) plus the country managers.

At national level:

• A National Committee ensures and manage cooperation between the Guide and Scout National Organizations and monitors, orientates the development of the open Minds Initiative in the country with the support of partners and experts
  .
• A management team is in charge of implementing, managing and evaluating the LDP. It comprises an Executive Manager, a Training Co-ordinator and a Project Co-ordinator.
